To apply for a Texas Real Estate Sales Agent’s license, you need to complete six courses (180 credit hours): Principles of Real Estate I (30 hours), Principles of Real Estate II (30 hours), Law of Agency (30 hours), Law of Contracts (30 hours), Promulgated Contracts and Forms (30 hours), and Real Estate Finance (30 hours). This course covers the 30 hours of content required in the Principles of Real Estate II courses, as stipulated by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

The course provides an overview of legal descriptions, real estate concepts, interest in real estate, forms of home ownership, and listing agreements.
